•    Loan closes and funds are held in a draw schedule.
•    We handle all permit applications and approvals including septic and water well permits.

4 Breaking Ground

•    Site prep begins: clearing, grading, engineered foundation.
•    You’ll receive a construction timeline.
•    We keep you informed with regular progress updates.

5. Construction Phases

•    Framing → Mechanical systems → Drywall & Finishes
•    Each phase triggers a loan draw (lender inspects progress).
